Accounts Executive – Content Acquisitions

Key Responsibilities

• Support creating, managing and amending POs in line with contractual payment terms
• Match distributor invoices to approved PO line items and support timely payment processing with the Accounts Payable team
• Set up and maintain vendors in Oracle and manage financial data in IBMS, including post-deal adjustments
• Maintain invoice checklists, PO reports, and provide regular stakeholder updates on outstanding invoices
• Support monthly reconciliations and review DAZN reports to reconcile contractual commission obligations
• Conduct monthly audits to identify unpaid amounts and escalate to the Senior Analyst as required
• Follow up with distributors on outstanding invoices, troubleshoot coding issues, and manage credits and refunds
• Collaborate with Commercial Finance, Accounts Payable, and internal teams to maintain accounts integrity

About your experience

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role, with a track record of processing high volumes of POs and invoices
• Experience in accounts and invoicing within a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the TV or media industry is advantageous but not essential
• Strong attention to detail - accuracy is essential in this role
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently at all levels
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with a high degree of responsibility
• Collaborative team player with a customer-focused mindset
