Your Role
In this role, you will keep global supply chains moving — ensuring product availability across distribution centers while minimizing excess inventory. You will execute replenishment activities, analyze demand signals and lead-time data, and collaborate with planning, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve supply imbalances. You will generate and automate supply chain reports, deliver insights based on key performance indicators, and ensure changes are implemented in line with quality and regulatory standards.
Who You Are
- You hold a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field, or bring equivalent professional experience.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in supply chain planning within a regulated industry, with hands-on knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems including modules for sales, materials management, and advanced planning.
- You are proficient in analyzing supply chain data — including inventory health, service levels, and replenishment performance — and translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- You have experience supporting or executing change control processes and maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- You communicate effectively across cross-functional and global teams, with strong written and verbal skills that enable you to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- You are comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and navigating ambiguity with a structured, solutions-oriented approach.
- Experience with SAP and Oracle ERP systems is preferred.
- Experience with data visualization or business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage, as is familiarity with supply chain planning certifications.
