About the role

MACCS International BV verleent diensten en ontwikkelt software voor filmdistributie. Het bedrijf, met zo’n 50 medewerkers, is een grote speler op deze specifieke markt en is actief in 50 landen. Diverse grote internationale filmmaatschappijen, zoals Warner Bros, Paramount Pictures, Universal en Pathé behoren tot de klantenkring van MACCS. MACCS heeft satellietkantoren in Los Angeles, Londen en Melbourne. De organisatie maakt deel uit van de Vista Group (Nieuw Zeeland). Om de groei door te zetten heeft MACCS behoefte aan talent. Wat ga je doen?

Je dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan met name uit het tevreden houden van onze klanten. Energie krijg je van het doorgronden en beantwoorden van vraagstukken van klanten. Hiervoor werk je samen met ontwikkelaars, testers, systeembeheerders intern, maar ook met de diverse teams van de klanten. Je weet de klantvraag helder te krijgen en denkt mee aan de oplossing. Je bent in staat om beheer activiteiten uit te voeren, zoals upgrades van onze producten, test werkzaamheden, training en support. Tevens ben je verantwoordelijk voor de data kwaliteit. Hierbij bewaak je de kwaliteitsnormen en processen. Je neemt actief deel aan teammeetings, samen zorg je voor een tevreden klant. Deze klant kan overal ter wereld zitten.

Wie ben jij?

Je hebt oog voor detail en je werkt accuraat. Prioriteitswisselingen, waardoor je flexibel om moet gaan met je activiteiten, schrikken je niet af. Je hebt een opleiding op minimaal MBO-4 niveau. Engels en Nederlands spreek en schrijf je goed. We vinden het belangrijk dat je enthousiast bent. We zoeken een echte teamspeler! Affiniteit met software en goede communicatieve vaardigheden zijn uiteraard voorwaarden voor deze functie. Daarnaast is het goed wanneer je basale kennis van SQL hebt.

MACCS International BV provides services and develops software for film distribution. The company, with about 50 employees, is a major player in this specific market and is active in 50 countries. Several large international film companies, such as Warner Bros, Paramount Pictures, Universal and Pathé are among the clientele of MACCS. What are you going to do?

Your daily work mainly consists of keeping our customers happy. You get energy from understanding and answering customer issues. For this you work together with developers, testers, system administrators internally, but also with the various teams of the customers. You know how to clarify the customer's questions and you think along with the solution. You are able to perform system management activities, such as upgrades of our products, test work, training and support. You are also responsible for data quality. You monitor the quality standards and processes. You actively participate in team meetings, together you ensure a satisfied customer. This customer can be located anywhere in the world.

Requirements

Who are you?

You have an eye for detail and you work accurately. Changes in priorities, which require you to be flexible with your activities, don't scare you. You speak and write well in English and Dutch. We think it is important that you are enthusiastic. We are looking for a real team player! Affinity with software and good communication skills are of course prerequisites for this position. In addition, it is good if you have basic knowledge of SQL.
