Position Overview
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through high-volume outbound outreach to dental practices. This role focuses on engaging key decision-makers, nurturing prospective clients, and scheduling qualified demo appointments for the sales team. The BDR will maintain accurate records of outreach activities, follow established communication strategies, provide market feedback, and consistently achieve activity and appointment-setting targets while representing the organization in a professional, friendly, and credible manner.
Responsibilities
Make high volume outbound calls to dental practices and introduce CoTreat in a confident and
professional manner
Book qualified demo appointments for the sales team using a set of clear criteria
Follow CoTreat outreach scripts and adapt messaging as needed
Maintain accurate records of calls outcomes and follow ups
Nurture warm leads from events email lists and previous enquiries
Quickly identify decision makers inside each practice and secure time with them
Provide feedback on common objections and market insights to help refine scripts and targeting
Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls conversations and booked demos
Represent CoTreat in a friendly helpful way that supports trust and credibility with dental professionals
Qualifications
Proven experience in outbound calling or sales development
Comfortable speaking with business owners and practice managers
Strong communication skills and clear spoken English
Confidence in controlling a conversation and guiding it toward a booking
Ability to follow structured scripts and systems
Reliable internet and workspace for consistent remote calling
Self motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight
Strong organisation and time management skills
Goal focused mindset with commitment to meeting activity and booking targets
Nice to have Skills:
Experience speaking with healthcare professionals
Background in SaaS sales or a similar subscription style product
Familiarity with HubSpot or CRM systems
Understanding of dental workflows and practice structure
Ability to identify buying signals and navigate objections smoothly
Positive energetic approach to outreach and lead generation

Salary: Php 45,000 – Php 50,000
