The Role

We're hiring a high-energy Business Development Representative to join our Cape Town CBD sales floor. You'll work the US business day (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM SAST), engaging directly with qualified leads and guiding them through our streamlined funding process. This is a high-volume, high-reward sales role built for someone who thrives on targets, conversation, and closing.

What You'll Do

  • Run high-volume outreach (150–200+ dials daily) with consistent, structured follow-ups on warm and qualified leads
  • Own and manage your pipeline end-to-end — no lead left behind
  • Qualify B2B prospects using Fundwell's proven sales playbook
  • Consult, influence, and close — not just talk
  • Collaborate with team leads to consistently exceed monthly targets
  • Maintain accurate, detailed records in our CRM system
  • Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative office culture

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment (B2B preferred)
  • A neutral, confident English accent suited to engaging US-based CEOs and executives
  • The stamina and mindset for high-volume outreach — you see "no" as a stepping stone
  • Strong pipeline discipline and CRM habits
  • Full commitment to our on-site shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00PM SAST, Monday to Friday
