Tasks
**Your responsibilities will be triple:**
1. _Management of the entire_ **_business_** _life cycle management_
2. _Management of the_ **_talent_** _acquisition process_
3. _Management of a_ **_team_** _of consultants_
**Your missions will be:**
- Clients and candidates sourcing
- Sales and recruitment strategy definition
- Set up, lead and conduct business meetings with key decision-makers in the Industry
- Set up, lead and conduct first and second interviews with future consultants holding an engineering or PhD degrees
- Negotiate contractual terms with your clients and your candidates
- Signature of full-time contracts with your consultants
- Career plans management
- People management
- Business unit management
Requirements
**Here is what you need to have in your backpack to make this job an adventure with us:**
- Native in German
- MSc in Management, Economics or Business Administration. Alternatively, Engineer with a strong appetite for Business Development
- You have between 0-3 years'experience
- Strong interest in Business Development, Entrepreneurship and Engineering
- Strong communication and ability to communicate complex information in simple terms
