Solaris is headquartered in Berlin and employs 300 people in Europe.</p> <h4>Your Role</h4> <ul> <li>Process 2nd level escalation tickets relating to Card Issues, declines, CPD and other tickets under Card post.</li> <li>Process Chargeback tickets if required.</li> <li>Help achieve the team’s OKR</li> <li>Proactively reach out to stakeholders to identify their needs and quickly establish their priorities.</li> <li>Keep contact with stakeholders and deliver high quality results independently, support removing road blocks and and manage escalations proactively.</li> </ul> <h4>We'd love to see&nbsp;</h4> <p>Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities and scope of role will range.
