What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be trained to:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls with confidence and professionalism
  • Listen, understand and resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Turn challenges into positive experiences by offering the best solutions
  • Build strong, trusted relationships through clear and friendly communication
  • Go the extra mile to engage and retain customers
  • Work closely with your team and team leader to deliver excellent service
  • Play an important role as a brand ambassador for Rewardsco

What We’re Looking For

  • Positive, energetic and eager to learn
  • Disciplined, organised and able to manage your time well
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • A good listener with strong attention to detail
  • Customer-focused and able to adapt to different personalities
  • A team player who’s motivated to grow

Requirements

  • Matric (essential)
  • 12 months customer service or call centre experience (advantageous, not essential)
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Clear criminal record
