We’re a growing international sportsbook operator and are looking for a **German-speaking Customer Operations Agent** to strengthen our team on-site in Malta

Tasks

**Your role**

You’ll be part of our Customer Operations team and ensure a smooth experience for our users:

• Support customers via **live chat & email** (German & English)
• Handle **KYC checks** and verify documents
• Ensure accurate and timely **payout processing**
• Contribute to improving and streamlining internal processes

Requirements

**Your profile**

• Fluent **German** (written & spoken) – **must-have**
• Very good **English skills**
• Willingness to work **flexible shifts** (incl. weekends & public holidays)

**Nice to have:**

• Experience in customer support (ideally iGaming / sports betting)
• Interest in sports or betting products

**What matters most:**

• Strong communication skills & empathy
• A structured and solution-oriented mindset
• Reliability and attention to detail

💰 **Competitive salary:** €28,000–€30,000 depending on experience
