About the role
Η εταιρεία Mellon Technologies επιθυμεί να προσλάβει για λογαριασμό μεγάλου Χρηματοπιστωτικού Οργανισμού Στελέχη Τηλεφωνικής Εξυπηρέτησης Πελατών.
Περιγραφή καθηκόντων:
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μέσω τηλεφώνου, email ή διαδικτυακής συνομιλίας για Τραπεζικά προϊόντα.
- Διαχείριση και καταχώρηση αιτημάτων πελατών.
- Διαχείριση παράπονων πελατών και επίλυση προβλημάτων.
- Ενημέρωση των υφιστάμενων και δυνητικών πελατών για τραπεζικά προϊόντα και υπηρεσίες.
Requirements
- Απολυτήριο Λυκείου.
- Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας (προφορικά και γραπτά επιπέδου Β2).
- Πολύ καλή χρήση Η/Υ.
- Εργασιακή εμπειρία σε συναφές αντικείμενο επιθυμητή (όχι απαραίτητη).
- Πελατοκεντρική αντίληψη και προσέγγιση.
- Άνεση στην επικοινωνία και άριστη χρήση του προφορικού και γραπτού λόγου.
- Δυνατότητα απασχόλησης σε βάρδιες.
