Are you passionate about creating exceptional first impressions? Do you have outstanding communication skills, a warm personality, and the ability to multi-task with grace and professionalism? If so, CBH Homes wants to meet you!
We’re currently looking for a full-time Director of First Impressions to be the welcoming face of our company. This key role is responsible for greeting guests, managing front-desk operations, and supporting multiple departments with various administrative tasks—all while maintaining a polished, professional appearance and a can-do attitude.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome and assist clients, guests, and team members with friendliness and professionalism
- Answer and route incoming calls with confidence and courtesy
- Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team, including project assistance
- Help wrap homeowner gifts
- Support the HR team with employee recognition initiatives such as birthday and anniversary gifts
- Ensure the front office area is tidy, organized, and inviting

Big things are happening—our brand-new headquarters is under construction in Caldwell, Idaho! This role will make the move to our new home in 2027. Come grow with us as we build what’s next.
Requirements
- Has a friendly, professional demeanor
- Owns a Professional Wardrobe. We believe you can never be overdressed!
- Ability to handle stress with poise and professionalism
- Is great at anticipating what might be needed and what is next
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environments
- Proficient in Google Suites
