We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to drive technology strategy, solution architecture, and digital transformation initiatives across complex enterprise environments. This role requires a consulting-led approach to designing scalable, cloud-native, and AI-enabled solutions while partnering with business and technology stakeholders to solve critical challenges. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping enterprise architecture roadmaps, leading modernization programs, and mentoring engineering teams to deliver innovative, future-ready platforms.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive enterprise architecture strategies aligned with business objectives and digital transformation goals.
  • Design scalable, resilient, and high-performance solutions using Microservices, Cloud-Native, Event-Driven, and Domain-Driven Design principles.
  • Lead architecture planning for cloud migration, legacy modernization, platform engineering, and product development initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions and architectural roadmaps.
  • Provide technical leadership during pre-sales engagements, solutioning discussions, and proposal development.
  • Guide engineering teams on architecture best practices, governance, scalability, performance optimization, and security standards.
  • Architect and implement AI-driven and Agentic AI solutions to enhance business and engineering processes.
  • Drive adoption of modern technologies including Kubernetes, Docker, Serverless, API Management, DevOps, and Cloud Platforms.
  • Mentor architects and engineering teams while building organizational capabilities and promoting innovation.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and establish best practices to improve solution delivery and operational excellence.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Consulting, and Technology Leadership within large-scale organizations.
  • Strong expertise in Java, Microservices Architecture, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and modern application design patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Event-Driven Architecture, Domain-Driven Design, Serverless Computing, and API Management platforms.
  • Proven track record of leading cloud migration, legacy modernization, and enterprise transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of scalable platform architecture, distributed systems, databases, containers, and DevOps practices.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, influence strategic decisions, and align technology initiatives with business goals.
  • Experience in pre-sales, solution estimation, capability building, and mentoring high-performing technology teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
