We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Group Business Planning team and contribute to strategic decision-making and business planning initiatives aligned with Group objectives.

In this role, you will leverage your insurance expertise to support planning activities, analyze business drivers and deliver valuable insights that support impactful business decisions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models, supporting business planning activities through scenario analysis and evaluation of strategic initiatives within insurance context.
  • Monitor business performance, analyzing key financial and operational indicators to support ongoing planning adjustments.
  • Contribute to business planning deliverables, including budgeting, forecasting cycles, forward‑looking projections and relevant regulatory components
  • Prepare and present management insights, clearly communicating business performance and planning outcomes to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align planning assumptions, challenge inputs and ensure consistency across business planning processes.

Requirements

  • BSc in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field
  • MSc in a relevant discipline will be considered an asset
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Planning Analyst or similar role, with experience in the Insurance industry
  • Practical knowledge of IFRS17 and solid understanding of insurance business drivers
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proactive mindset with ability to contribute to strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and structured way
