About the role

We are currently seeking a Lead Generation Manager to drive client acquisition and grow our client base for one of our high-profile clients based in the United States. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing innovative lead generation strategies that align with our client's business objectives. You will manage a team focused on identifying and qualifying leads, ensuring that our client has a steady pipeline of prospective customers. Responsibilities
- Create and execute lead generation strategies to drive customer engagement and acquisition.
- Manage, mentor and form a part of a team of lead generation specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continual improvement.
- Utilize various platforms and tools for prospecting, including social media, email marketing, and networking.
- Analyze key metrics to assess the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on goals and handover of qualified leads.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation or similar sales roles.
- Proven experience in performing outbound lead generation.
- Strong track-record in outbound sales and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and lead generation tools.
