Graphic Designer (Adobe Proficiency)

Our client is an expanding Australian business specialising in home insulation, energy efficiency, and building performance solutions. They are currently undertaking a large-scale rebrand and expansion, investing heavily in improving their marketing communications, printed documentation, and digital brand positioning across multiple channels.

They are now seeking to hire a Graphic Designer (Adobe Proficiency) to transform complex, long-form technical information into visually engaging, professional, and easy-to-understand print and digital collateral. This role exists to establish templates, maintain strict corporate standards, and ensure flawless visual execution across all corporate branding materials.

Job Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Document Production

• Transform long-form technical documents into highly professional, visually engaging, and easily digestible layouts
• Design and format professional print and digital collateral aligned with rebranding and expansion objectives
• Create brochures, newsletters, comprehensive guides, presentations, branded communication materials, and supporting visual assets
• Create layouts, timelines, diagrams, custom icons, infographics, and other intricate visual communication elements
• Execute meticulous copy integration while maintaining flawless visual hierarchy, typography, tracking, and spacing
• Prepare files and technical assets for flawless, print-ready production, pre-flighting, and commercial distribution
• Ensure strict consistency across all corporate branding, formatting, and visual communication materials

Collaboration & Workflow

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team, directors, and internal stakeholders to translate complex concepts into clear visual layouts
• Proactively manage multiple complex document design projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
• Maintain pristine file structures, strict version control, and asset management systems within a remote collaboration environment
• Establish templates and work rigidly within corporate brand guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Desktop Publisher, or Layout Designer
• Expert-level proficiency strictly in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
• Elite understanding of layout design, complex typography, corporate branding, visual hierarchy, grid systems, and technical print formatting
• Proven ability to visually simplify, clean up, and communicate complex technical or industrial data into clean, digestible corporate documents
• Demonstrated portfolio showing extensive work with multi-page corporate documents, brochures, newsletters, manuals, or technical documents
• Proven experience preparing assets directly for commercial print-ready production
• Reliable laptop or computer equipped with an i5/i7 processor (10th-gen and above), minimum 16GB RAM, dual monitors, and stable high-speed internet

Nice-to-Have Skills

• A formal qualification or degree in Graphic Design
• Experience supporting Australian or international businesses
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and online design platforms such as Adobe Express
• Video editing or animation tools experience preferred only
