Head of Medical Division (Surabaya)

We are seeking a key leadership role in shaping medical strategy, enhancing healthcare quality, and driving operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall management and performance of medical services.
- Develop strategic plans, policies, and medical service standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate patient care and operational effectiveness.
- Lead and develop medical teams while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and medical ethics.
- Support organizational growth through effective resource planning and stakeholder engagement.
Key Requirements:
- Medical Doctor (MD) qualification.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in hospital operations, medical services, or healthcare leadership.
- Strong understanding of healthcare quality standards and medical governance.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing medical professionals and multidisciplinary teams.
