About the role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers in the public sector and you will be responsible for developing new business by identifying profitable opportunities, maintaining your client portfolio by building strong, long-lasting relationships, and monitoring the progress of the projects, with the aim to provide excellent client service and added value services.
What will you be bringing to the team?
Contribute to the execution and delivery of IAM projects within the European Institution’s Cyber Resilience Program.
Act as a key bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, IT teams, and external partners.
Assist in the design of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) workflows, including:
- Access request processes.
- Approval workflows.
- Provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
- Access recertification processes.
Support the implementation of the IGA solution by:
- Participating in daily project activities.
- Collaborating with internal IT teams, external integrators, and business teams.
- Identifying and resolving implementation challenges and blocking points.
Test and validate IAM processes within the project scope, including:
- Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes.
- Access request workflows.
- IAM access governance processes.
Document IAM processes, rules, specifications, and related project documentation.
Create and update training materials and procedures for end users and approvers, including:
- Access request procedures.
- Role approval processes.
- Access recertification activities.
Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather feedback and improve IAM adoption.
Participate in the definition of IAM metrics and dashboards, including:
- Access review completion rates.
- Segregation of Duties (SoD) violations.
- Orphaned accounts.
Define Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business Analysis, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) projects.
Strong Business Analysis skills, including:
- Requirements gathering.
- Process modelling.
- User stories.
- Use cases.
- Functional and technical documentation.
Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, including:
- Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML).
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Segregation of Duties (SoD).
- Least privilege.
- Access recertification.
- Provisioning and deprovisioning.
Experience with IAM data analysis, including:
- SQL querying for IAM databases.
- Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Power BI and/or Tableau.
Basic IT knowledge, including:
- Active Directory.
- LDAP.
- Single Sign-On (SSO).
- SAML and OAuth.
Proficiency with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tools, with hands-on experience in at least one IGA solution being mandatory.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify process gaps and propose solutions.
High attention to detail, particularly regarding documentation and testing activities.
Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
