You will take ownership of mission-critical infrastructure and have the opportunity to make a real impact—whether that is deploying and maintaining our cloud solutions, troubleshooting issues for employees worldwide, collaborating with security teams to protect our systems, bringing process improvements and automations to life, or enabling our teams to stay connected and productive across every corner of the globe.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The IT-Corp Sys admin will be part of a global Corporate IT team and will report to the IT Support team leader located in Israel</li> <li>Support Payoneer employees globally</li> <li>Troubleshooting of software, hardware and network issues</li> <li>Working closely with the cyber security team</li> <li>Workstations maintenance – deploy, configure and upgrades</li> <li>Maintaining corporate cloud solution (Windows365, Azure VDI, Office 365, etc.)</li> <li>Keep track of all IT inventory- Hardware, software and licenses</li> <li>Supporting corporate collaboration platforms (video conferencing, phone system, etc.)</li> <li>Bring new initiatives to the team (processes, procedures, automations, etc.)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in a similar role</li> <li>Great personality skills and service oriented</li> <li>Team player, out of the box thinker and creative</li> <li>Experience with MDM solutions like SCCM/Intune/jamf</li> <li>Tier 1 for customers seeking technical assistance</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft Windows and MacOS</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365 (Exchange online, Azure AD, SharePoint)</li> <li>Installation &amp; management of end user workstations (hardware, software &amp; operating system)</li> <li>Knowledge of network fundamentals (WIFI &amp; LAN &amp; VPN)</li> <li>Familiarity with video conferencing platforms &amp; solutions (Teams Room OS)</li> <li>High level of spoken and written in English</li> </ul> <p><strong>Advantage:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with AI Tools</li> <li>Experience with Power Platform</li> <li>Experience with PowerShell scripting</li> <li>Familiarity with Virtualization environments – VMWare</li> <li>Familiarity with Palo Alto Firewalls, HPE Switches, Cisco Router</li> </ul> <p>#LI-AG2</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">The Payoneer Ways of Working</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;335559738&quot;:240,&quot;335559739&quot;:0}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="line-height: 1;"><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Act as our customer’s partner on the inside</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;335559739&quot;:0}"> <br></span><em><span data-contrast="auto">Learning what they need and creating what will help them go further.</span></em><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;335559739&quot;:0}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Do it.
