About the role

The Nidecker Group is looking for a GHG Compliance Intern to support our greenhouse gas accounting and emissions reporting, with a strong focus on data collection, analysis, and reporting.

This role will help turn fragmented emissions data into structured, usable information for carbon accounting, regulatory compliance, and science-based target tracking. You will work across Supply Chain, Product, and Sustainability teams to support Scope 1, 2 and 3 mapping, product carbon footprints, and emissions disclosure requirements.

For strong performers, this internship could be a stepping stone to a fixed-term (CDD) or permanent (CDI) position within the company.

**Duration**: 4-6 months-internship

**Start:** As soon as possible

Tasks

**1\. GHG Data Collection, Analysis & Reporting**

  • Collect, structure, and maintain emissions data across product categories and supply chain tiers
  • Support consolidation of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions data for carbon accounting and external reporting (e.g., CSRD, CDP)
  • Assist in identifying carbon hotspots across materials, logistics, and operations
  • Help prepare internal dashboards and reports tracking GHG performance against reduction targets

**2\. Regulatory Compliance Support**

  • Support implementation of GHG-related reporting requirements (CSRD, ESPR) through data preparation and documentation
  • Help maintain audit-ready records aligned with GHG reporting standards (GHG Protocol, ISO 14064)
  • Assist in aligning product and supply chain data with carbon disclosure requirements

**3\. Emissions Data Systems & Traceability**

  • Ensure consistency and completeness of emissions-related master data
  • Help improve internal processes for GHG data gathering across teams and suppliers

**4\. Cross-functional Support**

  • Work with Supply Chain, Product, and Sustainability teams to gather emissions-relevant data
  • Support consistent GHG reporting across markets and business units

Requirements

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Sustainability, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Foundational knowledge of or strong interest in GHG accounting, carbon footprinting, or lifecycle assessment (LCA)
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience or interest in working with large datasets
  • Comfortable with Excel; experience with emissions reporting tools or dashboards is a plus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in resolving data gaps
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Familiarity with GHG Protocol, CSRD, or science-based targets is a plus
  • Exposure to PLM systems or other structured product data environments is a bonus
