Passionate about skateboarding and street culture, with a strong interest in marketing and digital trends? Join the marketing team behind etnies, éS and Emerica; three iconic brands in the skate scene.

This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, where you’ll contribute to high-impact marketing projects while supporting coordination across teams and brands. A unique opportunity to develop your skills, bring your perspective on current culture, and help shape the evolution of iconic skate brands.

**Duration:** 6 to 12 months

**Start date:** ASAP

Tasks

  • Conduct in-depth research on social media (especially TikTok Shop) to identify relevant opportunities, while respecting the guidelines and DNA of éS, etnies, and Emerica.
  • Be part of the Global seasonal marketing social media calendar by working closely with the external copywriter contractor to prepare press releases, product descriptions (catalog and eCom) and captions for social media.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Global Marketing and the Americas/EU Marketing Manager to schedule a mix of regional and global content on social media.
  • Assist in managing content calendars for social media, digital advertising, and website updates, creating authentic, "social-first" content.
  • Identify, analyze, and recommend influencers aligned with the brands’ values and positioning.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of global marketing campaigns, including go-to-market strategies, product launches, and digital promotions.
  • Developing and scheduling visually appealing content (reels, stories, posts) and maintaining a global editorial calendar to ensure consistent brand voice.
  • Support backend marketing operations and actively contribute to high-impact marketing projects.
  • Help coordinate across teams, brands, and projects to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Facilitate internal communication by supporting information sharing and collaboration among team members.
  • Contribute to a variety of cross-functional projects, gaining hands-on exposure to marketing strategy and brand development.

Requirements

  • Currently studying marketing (or a related field), with a strong affinity for skateboarding and street culture.
  • Passion and interest for skateboarding, snowboarding, fashion, and action sports is a plus.
  • In tune with current trends, with a strong perspective on the scene.
  • Eager to learn how to grow and “re-energize” brands.
  • Experience in a skate shop is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable using Outlook, Excel, Keynote, Notion and PowerPoint.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English.
