About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually stunning and engaging motion graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and video content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that exceed expectations.
- Maintain a strong attention to detail and quality control throughout the design and production process.
- Utilise industry-standard software and tools to design and animate graphics.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in motion graphics and design to ensure the highest quality output.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Proficiency in Adobe and/or Apple creative suites (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro)
- A solid understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, layout and composition.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Photography or videography skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends
The Interview Process:
- Video call with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team
- First Interview with the Head of Brand Design
- Assessment task to complete at home
- Final stage interview with the Head of Brand Design and Global Senior Graphic Designer
