About the role
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable **Multiskilled Operative** to join our growing team. This is a varied, hands-on role, ideal for an experienced tradesperson with a strong experience in bathroom and kitchen installs.
Tasks
Installed and refurbished kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction.
Completed a range of maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, decorating, and general repairs.
Diagnosed faults and carried out effective remedial works across commercial properties.
Managed workloads independently, ensuring projects were completed on time and within specification.
Maintained compliance with health and safety standards while working across multiple sites.
Collaborated with clients, contractors, and site teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
Requirements
**Key Requirements**
- Proven experience as a Multiskilled Operative or in a similar general building maintenance role
- Strong all-round trade skills (e.g. carpentry, basic plumbing, patch repairs, decorating, general maintenance)
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
- Full UK driving licence (preferred/required depending on role)

- £175 – £230 per day (approx. £45,000 – £59,800 depending on experience)
