About the role

We are seeking a skilled **Paid Media Specialist** to join our marketing team. This role

plays a key part in driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and achieving

business objectives through strategic and performance-driven paid media initiatives.

Tasks

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media campaigns across major social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 to track performance, measure conversions, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Implement integrations and automation between marketing tools and platforms to improve efficiency and workflow management.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on paid media initiatives, including channel selection, budget allocation, and audience targeting for both B2B and B2C clients.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in paid media to ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Knowledge in Media Planning and budget allocations across different platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in paid media, with a strong focus on social media advertising.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and major social advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
