About the role
- 1. Utilize in-depth knowledge of beauty industry trends and a keen understanding of the competitive landscape to identify gaps in our current product assortment.
- 2. Collaborate closely with our Marketing team to develop product portfolios, unique selling propositions (USP), and briefs for point-of-sale materials (POSM)
- 3. Drive creative and constructive ideation for new products and product lines, ensuring company's brand remains at the forefront of industry innovation
- 4. Analyze the market and competitor landscape while offering strategic insights to help our brand maintain a competitive edge
- 5. Provide leadership and guidance by overseeing the work of Product Development Executives to ensure the successful execution of product development initiatives
