Tasks
- Lead the launch of new products across our eight markets and ensure customers discover them with excitement
- Act as the key interface between Procurement/Category Management, Marketing, and IT, coordinating all phases of product launches from planning to execution
- Develop and monitor project plans with a focus on timelines, resources, and quality
- Ensure product configurators and online shop pages are implemented on schedule and meet high-quality standards
- Track product performance using relevant KPIs, generate clear reports, and identify optimization opportunities
- Continuously improve product configurators in collaboration with IT, Marketing, and product experts to create an engaging user experience
Requirements
- 2-3 years of project management experience, ideally with complex or configurable product launches
- Proficient with project management tools such as Jira or Confluence and experienced working with agile frameworks like Kanban
- Strong analytical and data-driven working style with attention to detail and the ability to deliver projects on time
- Fluency in English required; German skills are a plus.
- Structured, proactive, team-oriented, resilient under pressure, and with a solid understanding of business processes
