Protocol Operations Lead-South Korea

Summary:
We are looking for an experienced operator to own protocol operations, product execution, DeFi integrations, and legal/compliance coordination. This person will work directly with the CEO and own the operating layer between DeFi partners, engineering, legal counsel, asset partners, and users.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the internal owner to “make the machine work”

• Own product and protocol roadmap across Morpho, Pendle, Curve, vaults, collateral markets, and future integrations

• Translate commercial priorities into concrete product specs, integration plans, partner deliverables, and execution timelines

• Coordinate proof-of-reserves, portfolio transparency, risk disclosures, operational controls, and user-facing documentation

• Manage legal/compliance workflows with counsel, including token rights, user disclosures, product terms, jurisdictional considerations, and marketing claims

• Drive weekly execution cadence across engineering, partners, legal, and BD

• Build dashboards and reporting around TVL, utilization, liquidity, borrow demand, yield, wallet concentration, and retention

• Support fundraising and BD through data room preparation, investor materials, diligence responses, and partner case studies

Requirements:

• Prior experience in product, operations, protocol ops, growth ops, or chief-of-staff role at a crypto/DeFi company

• Deep working knowledge of DeFi, especially lending, vaults, collateral, liquidity, APY mechanics, and tokenized assets

• Experience with RWA, stablecoins, credit, tokenized funds, or structured products

• Experience with Morpho, Pendle, Curve, Aave, Euler, or vault/curator infrastructure

• Familiarity with Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE, or offshore crypto structures

• Strong writing and documentation skills

• Comfortable working with lawyers, engineers, BD partners, and institutional counterparties

• High urgency, low ego, extreme ownership

• Able to operate with limited resources and incomplete information
