Location: Philippines

Salary: $6 - $7 /hour (based on experience)

Job Summary 

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Recruitment & Scheduling Coordinator to support a fast-growing organization in the home care and home health industry. This role combines two critical functions, healthcare recruitment and workforce scheduling to help ensure quality patient care through effective staffing and coordination.

Responsibilities

Recruitment Coordination

Support hiring efforts for both home care and home health professionals, including:

Home Care Staff

  • Caregivers
  • Home Care Aides
  • Home Health Aides (HHAs)
  • Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • Companions
  • Personal Care Attendants
  • Live-in, hourly, and shift-based caregivers

Home Health Professionals

  • Registered Nurses (RNs)
  • Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) / Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
  • Physical Therapists (PTs)
  • Occupational Therapists (OTs)
  • Speech Therapists (STs)
  • Medical Social Workers (MSWs)
  • Clinical Supervisors and Field Clinicians

Key Responsibilities

  • Post and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
  • Source and screen qualified healthcare candidates.
  • Conduct initial outreach via phone, video, email, and text.
  • Review resumes, certifications, licensure, experience, and availability.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and agency leadership.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
  • Support reference checks, document collection, and onboarding processes.
  • Track licenses, certifications, background checks, CPR/BLS requirements, insurance documentation, and other credentials.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of caregivers and clinicians for current and future staffing needs.
  • Ensure timely communication to reduce applicant drop-off and improve hiring outcomes.

Scheduling & Workforce Coordination

Assist with scheduling and workforce management across both home care and home health operations.

Home Care Scheduling

  • Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, location, care needs, language, and preferences.
  • Coordinate shift offers, replacements, call-offs, and schedule changes.
  • Monitor open shifts and help secure urgent coverage.
  • Track caregiver availability and staffing needs.
  • Help minimize overtime, scheduling gaps, and missed shifts.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and updates.

Home Health Scheduling

  • Coordinate visits for RNs, PTs, OTs, STs, MSWs, and HHAs.
  • Assist with scheduling SOC, ROC, recertification, evaluation, routine, discharge, and follow-up visits.
  • Coordinate clinicians based on discipline, territory, visit frequency, and patient needs.
  • Communicate schedule updates and visit assignments to field staff.
  • Support follow-up on missed visits, reschedules, and scheduling conflicts.
  • Collaborate with intake, clinical, administrative, and field teams to ensure timely patient care and compliance.

Requirements

Previous experience in:

  • Home Care Agency
  • Home Health Agency
  • Healthcare Staffing
  • Healthcare Recruitment
  • Medical Scheduling or Workforce Coordination

  • Experience recruiting caregivers and/or licensed healthcare professionals.
  • Scheduling experience within a healthcare, home care, home health, or staffing environment.
  • Experience using WellSky in a home care or home health setting.
  • Strong understanding of caregiver staffing, client matching, shift coverage, and field staff coordination.
  • Familiarity with home health scheduling concepts, including visit frequencies, territories, and discipline-specific scheduling.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements.

Basic requirements

  • Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly
  • Must have relevant work experience
  • Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]
  • Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed)

  • Device: Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
  • Internet: High-speed connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
  • Audio: Noise-canceling headset.
  • Video: Webcam for virtual meetings.
