What you’ll do:

• Build and grow both business and retail relationships through referrals, networking, prospecting, and expanding existing accounts
• Open and maintain deposit accounts, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately
• Serve as a trusted, go-to resource for our customers
• Assist customers in person, over the phone, and online with their banking needs
• Educate customers on products and services and recommend solutions that fit their goals

Requirements

• Two to five years of similar or related experience. Prior banking experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Communicate effectively with current and prospective customers while selling and cross-selling products and services.
• Applicants should also have experience handling cash or other monetary transactions and enjoy working with the public in a customer-facing role.
• Experience generating business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and growing existing customer accounts is preferred.
