Tasks
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to support our B2B sales and educator training initiatives. This role involves interacting with school principals and stakeholders, expanding our partner network, and ensuring high-quality program implementation across schools and franchises.
Requirements
- Drive B2B sales by connecting with school principals and stakeholders via calls and Zoom meetings
- Present and explain Respond Right’s programs and offerings effectively
- Train, demonstrate, and provide constructive feedback to teachers and franchise partners (on-the-job training will be provided)
- Evaluate the quality of classes and demonstrations conducted by franchise partners
- Conduct engaging and impactful training workshops for educators in partner schools
- Assess teacher and franchise performance and share timely, detailed feedback
- Promote a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and excellence across sales and operations
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
