About the Role

We’re looking for a high-energy Sales Representative to join our Cape Town team.

This is a high-performance, outbound sales role where you’ll engage directly with US business owners, identify opportunities, and build a strong pipeline through consistent, high-volume activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 150–200+ outbound calls daily to US-based prospects
  • Engage with decision-makers and qualify business opportunities
  • Identify funding needs and position relevant solutions
  • Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
  • Follow up effectively to convert opportunities
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in outbound sales / telesales / B2B sales environments; this is not a customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills with clear, confident spoken English.
  • Eligible to work in South Africa.
  • Able to work on-site.
  • Comfortable working US hours (2:00 PM–11:00 PM or 3:00 PM–12:00 AM).
  • Experience handling high call volumes and rejection is a plus.
  • Strong objection handling and persuasion skills are a plus.
  • Experience in fintech, business funding, or financial services sales is a plus.
