Job Summary

Location: KSA – On-site

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Smart Home Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to support the launch and growth of a Smart Homes division. The role will focus on driving digital marketing initiatives, managing e-commerce platforms, and increasing online visibility and sales of smart home products and solutions.

This is a key position in building the digital presence of the Smart Homes division from the ground up. Candidates should have prior experience in smart home products or related technology solutions, along with strong exposure to digital marketing and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote smart home products and solutions.

• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, including product listings, content updates, pricing, and promotions.

• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media, retargeting, etc.) to generate leads and increase conversions.

• Improve website traffic, user experience, and online sales performance.

• Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business objectives.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the smart home sector.

• Manage social media channels and content strategy to build brand awareness and engagement.

• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.

• Support product positioning and online branding initiatives.

Requirements

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or E-Commerce.

• Prior experience in smart home products or related technology solutions is mandatory.

• GCC experience is preferred.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital advertising tools, and online sales funnels.

• Experience managing social media and paid advertising campaigns.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with smart home systems, IoT devices, or home automation solutions.

• Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.

• Ability to work in bilingual environments (Arabic & English).
