Graphcore enjoys a culture of continuous learning and constant innovation.     Job Summary   The Team  We are building a global Talent Acquisition function to support Graphcore growth across multiple regions.  This role will lead Talent Acquisition across India, ensuring delivery against hiring plans while operating in line with our global approach.  You will act as the bridge between global strategy and regional delivery - translating global direction into something that works locally, while feeding regional insight back into the wider Talent strategy.     You will be responsible for hiring performance across the region: ensuring the team is on track, identifying challenges and putting the right plans in place to improve delivery.   Leading a small team, you will combine people management responsibilities with hands-on recruitment delivery, personally managing selected vacancies and supporting business-critical hiring activity.  This role is a mix of leadership, operational oversight and hands-on problem solving.
