About the role
**🇹🇷 Turkey Country Sales Manager – Food Ingredients (Hybrid, Istanbul)**

Our client, a **leading global food ingredients manufacturer**, is seeking an experienced **Country Sales Manager** to drive commercial growth across Turkey. This is a **hybrid role based in Istanbul** and requires a strong track record in **B2B food ingredient sales**.
Tasks
**What You Will Do**
- Lead and grow the **Turkey sales portfolio** across food & beverage manufacturers
- Manage key accounts including **multinationals and major regional players**
- Drive sales of **flavours, colours, extracts, powders, natural ingredients,**
- Develop and execute the **country sales strategy**, including forecasting and budgeting
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments
- Lead negotiations, pricing, and long‑term agreements
- Collaborate with regional **R&D, technical, and marketing teams**
- Represent the company at customer visits, events, and industry fairs
- Travel extensively across Turkey
Requirements
**What We’re Looking For**
- **10+ years** of successful B2B sales experience in **food ingredients**
- Strong network within the Turkish **food & beverage industry**
- Proven success selling to **multinationals** (dairy, beverage, bakery, confectionery, savoury, snacks)
- Experience with **flavours, colours, extracts, natural ingredients, powders**
- Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills
- Fluent in **Turkish and English**
- Based in **Istanbul** (hybrid work model)
- Degree in **Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology**, or similar
MBA is a plus
