About the Role:

Design user interfaces that enable clinicians to work faster and safer. Own the full design process including research, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, accessibility, and reusable design systems to help engineering and AI agents ship high-quality features rapidly. Transform complex healthcare workflows into intuitive, reliable products for patients and providers. Embrace AI tools and systematize design patterns while maintaining high quality and user advocacy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Product, UX, or UI Designer or UX Engineer with a portfolio demonstrating measurable impact.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma including Auto Layout, variables/tokens, variants, component libraries, and Dev Mode.
  • Experience in user research and usability testing; translating insights into actionable design decisions.
  • Strong skills in responsive and mobile-first design, information architecture, and content clarity.
  • Practical knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) applied in healthcare contexts.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows including LLMs, Figma AI plugins, vibe coding platforms such as V0.dev, Replit, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
  • Preferred experience designing for healthcare, telehealth, or EHR workflows and HIPAA compliance awareness.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with engineering on code pipelines involving design tokens and components (Tailwind, Style Dictionary, Storybook).
  • Basic literacy in React semantics and CSS systems.
