About the role

Handle customer queries via chat in a timely and professional manner
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2 or higher)
Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus
Strong typing skills and ability to manage multiple chat conversations at once
Excellent written communication skills
Good problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems quickly
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Team player with a customer-centric mindset
