These terms govern your use of Hidden Roles, operated by Danilo Vilhena. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them.
What Hidden Roles is
We index job postings published on companies' own career pages and present them in one place. We are not an employer, recruiter, or agent for any company listed, and we are not involved in the hiring process. Applications happen directly on the company's own site.
Accounts
You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and don't impersonate others. You must be at least 16 to use the service.
Plans and payment
Browsing and your first 5 applications are free. Paid plans unlock unlimited applications and application tracking. Weekly and monthly plans are subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account and retain access through the end of the paid period. The lifetime plan is a one-time payment that does not renew. Prices are shown at checkout and payments are handled by Stripe.
Refunds
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to stop future charges. If you believe you were charged in error, email info@danilo.vilhena.com and we'll work it out in good faith.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape, resell, or bulk-export our data, attempt to break or overload the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Job data and accuracy
Listings come from third-party sources and may be out of date, incomplete, or removed by the company at any time. We don't guarantee the accuracy or availability of any role and are not responsible for the hiring decisions of the companies listed.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
