Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data. When you sign up with email or Google, we store your name, email address, and (for Google) your profile image. We never receive your Google password.
• Billing data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number — only your Stripe customer ID and which plan you hold. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
• Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (pages viewed, rough location, device). You can opt out via Google's tools.
• Activity. Jobs you save and the roles you open or apply to, so the product works and we can rank popular roles.

How we use it

To authenticate you, provide and bill for paid plans, operate and improve the product, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Only the processors we rely on to run the service: Google (sign-in and analytics), Stripe (payments), and our hosting and database providers (Cloudflare, PlanetScale). Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms. We may also disclose data where required by law.

Cookies

We use a strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in, a local preference for your light/dark theme, and Google Analytics cookies for usage measurement. Blocking analytics cookies will not affect core functionality.

Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time by emailing us, after which we remove your personal data except records we must retain for legal or accounting purposes (e.g. payment records).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email info@danilo.vilhena.com.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
