About the role
当社は自動化エンジニアリング事業を始めてから10年の節目を迎えました。2023年にはシリーズCラウンドで総額150億円の資金調達を完了し、同年7月にはコンサルティング事業を立ち上げました。さらに、11月には建設業のライセンスを取得し、コンサルティング事業を基盤としたさらなる事業拡大を加速させています。 大規模な自動化プロジェクトの成功を受け、「人口減少問題」や「2024年問題」に直面している物流業や製造業のお客様に対し、中長期的な物流構想や戦略の立案から、労働力不足が進む中での倉庫新設や工場再編といったビジネス変革まで、お客様の物流・生産戦略を支援しています。 新卒・第2卒（卒業3年未満の方）は一律にアソシエイトからのスタートになります。アナリストは、先輩コンサルタントのサポートを行い、各種業務分析、マーケティング調査、ベンチマークなどを担当し、顧客の生産・製造現場における課題特定までの業務に従事します。
