• Creation of pixel art illustrations and animation production
• Character design and preparation of character setting materials for game development
• Coordination with external partner companies (including preparation of order documents and acting as a point of contact)

Requirements

Must-have:

• Experience in creating pixel character illustrations and animations as part of professional work
• Professional experience in creating illustrations other than pixel art

Nice-to-have:

• Experience using 3D software such as Blender
• Ability to design mechanical objects or monsters

• Strong communication skills and flexibility in coordinating with others

Working Hours

9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (7.5 hours of actual work per day)

Note: The above is an estimated working time, as this position is subject to a specialized discretionary labor system.

Holidays & Leave

• Full five-day workweek (Saturday and Sunday off)
