What is this job all about?

We are looking for a creative 2D Graphic Designer (f/m/d) to create static marketing assets for ads, app stores, and in-game promotions for new gaming projects. You will work mainly with existing assets, AI-generated graphics, and compositing tools in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with a high level of creative freedom.

What will you be doing?

• Creating 2D graphics for the marketing department, featuring new and existing games (screenshots for app stores, advertising material for our partners, game icons, etc.);

• Compose high-quality marketing graphics using existing assets and AI-generated materials;

• Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams on the production of materials for promotional campaigns;

• Adapt and optimize visuals for different marketing channels and audiences;

• Support the implementation of AI tools and workflows in the creative process;

• Deliver high-quality assets in a fast-paced production environment;

• Being up-to-date with the latest graphic trends, tools, and formats used in producing marketing creations.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role;

• Strong portfolio showcasing marketing-related static designs;

• Advanced Photoshop skills;

• Experience creating performance-oriented marketing creatives;

• Background in gaming, mobile apps, advertising, or digital marketing environments;

• Ability to work with existing assets and compose visually appealing scenes;

• Strong understanding of composition, typography, and visual hierarchy;

• Willingness to work with Generative AI tools to create materials used in compositions. 

Amaze us with:

• Experience working with Unity or Blender assets;

• Familiarity with AI-supported creative workflows;

• Understanding of mobile gaming marketing and ASO best practices.
