About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and assist in drafting legal documents under the guidance of experienced attorneys.
- Observe and participate in client meetings, closings, depositions, hearings, and trials. Collaborate with our team to analyze complex legal issues and develop strategic solutions.
- Engage in case management, document review, due diligence, closings, and trials.
- Contribute to client service initiatives and gain exposure to client relationship management.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong academic record and legal research and writing skills.
- Demonstrated interest in business law, litigation, and adding value to client businesses.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
