Experience in the following will be considered an asset:

• Service, assemble and test valves and instrumentation
• Installation of instrumentation as per client specification.
• Installation of pneumatic and process tubing as well as required support structure planning
• Pressure testing of process tubing.
• QA documentation for receival, installation and testing.
• Interface with internal and external customers
• Field service work is required in plants or on-site service unit
• Ability to work overtime to meet customer requirements
• Install and calibrate instruments with the use of pneumatic, electrical, and various bi-directional protocols.
• Develop detailed reports for installation and setup of instrumentation and controls equipment.
• Commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical, instrumentation, and controls equipment.
• Consult manufacturers’ manuals to determine test and maintenance procedures.
• Ability and flexibility to work rotational shifts and/or out of town

Schedule:

• 4x10 hour  
• Occasional overtime weekend work required

Experience:

• Instrumentation Apprentices: 2 year minimum (required)
• Previous construction experience (any trade)
• Professionalism and Punctuality are key
• Construction experience with installation of instruments and tubing both process and pneumatic (3/8" and 1/2" primarily)
• Willingness to travel: 50% (required)
