We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented 2nd shift Commissary Kitchen Prep Cook to join our back-of-house team. Just like our daytime prep team, this role is essential to ensuring our café locations are stocked with fresh, high-quality, ready-to-serve food items. Key Responsibilities

• Read and follow recipes precisely to produce a variety of deli items used in the cafes
• Execute daily prep and packaging tasks according to established production schedules.
• Weigh, portion, label, and package food items efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Meet daily production and packaging deadlines with consistency.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as food processors, blenders, scales, and heating devices safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
• Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to management promptly.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old to operate kitchen equipment.
• Previous experience in a prep or production kitchen is preferred.
• Comfortable taking feedback and seeking clarity when needed.
• Dependable, adaptable and committed to maintaining high standards.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Work independently and stay productive with minimal supervision.
• Valid drivers license required with clean driving record.

Hours: Sun - Thur ~noon - 7:00pm (flexible)

Employment Type: Part to full time; -30hrs/week

Salary: $18 - $22/hr DOE
