It focuses on secure, sustainable, and high-performance solutions that enable productivity and support digital transformation across industries.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Optimize complex CAD and high-density 3D assets into efficient, real-time-ready formats suitable for Digital Twin, AR, VR, and XR experiences.</li> <li>Develop and maintain high-to-low poly workflows while preserving visual fidelity and product accuracy.</li> <li>Establish and enforce standards for geometry optimization, asset preparation, naming conventions, and cross-platform compatibility.</li> <li>Ensure assets transfer successfully across multiple software environments and downstream production pipelines.</li> <li>Validate material, lighting, and scene data to ensure compatibility with real-time rendering and XR visualization requirements.</li> <li>Design, manage, and continuously improve asset processing and optimization pipelines to support evolving production needs.</li> <li>Troubleshoot asset, workflow, and pipeline issues and coordinate resolution across technical and creative teams.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with Industrial Design teams, Technical Artists, Model Preparation Artists, and Lighting Artists to maintain asset quality and production efficiency.</li> <li>Manage stakeholder communication, project escalations, and workflow dependencies to keep initiatives on track.</li> <li>Monitor pipeline performance and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and process improvement.</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>Experience in 3D asset optimization, Technical Art, Pipeline Development, or Digital Content Production environments.</li> <li>Strong understanding of CAD data processing, geometry optimization, mesh reduction, and high-to-low poly workflows.</li> <li>Experience preparing assets for real-time applications, including AR, VR, XR, gaming, or interactive visualization platforms.</li> <li>Knowledge of asset compatibility requirements across multiple 3D software ecosystems and rendering platforms.</li> <li>Understanding of lighting, materials, and scene optimization for real-time visualization workflows.</li> <li>Experience building, maintaining, or improving production pipelines and asset management processes.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in complex multi-tool production environments.</li> <li>Ability to coordinate across technical, creative, and business stakeholders.</li> <li>Experience in gaming, product visualization, architectural visualization, Digital Twin, or similar industries is highly desirable.</li> <li>Familiarity with USD-based workflows, Digital Twin ecosystems, and automation tools is considered a strong advantage.</li> </ul> <h3>English level</h3> <p>Upper-Intermediate</p> <h3>Legal &amp; Hiring Information</h3> <ul> <li>Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more</li> <li>Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions</li> <li>Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
