About the role
- Manage workflow and progress as a part leader.
- Build and manage backgrounds for PC/Console game development, including external vendor coordination.
Specifically:
- Construct semi-3D backgrounds based on background illustrations.
- Propose 3D visual elements (e.g., effects, interactive gimmicks, material creation).
- Manage deliverables from external partners and provide feedback.
- Support and mentor junior staff.
Requirements
Must-have:
- 5+ years of experience in the game industry.
- Leadership experience managing an art team of 3 or more members.
- Experience handling final visual adjustments for entire stages, including post-processing.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Maya, Substance 3D, and Photoshop.
- 3+ years of development experience using Unreal Engine or Unity.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience managing outsourcing.
- Familiarity with CLIP STUDIO.
- Skills and interest in 2D tasks such as concept art.
- Ability to handle simple Blueprint-related tasks.
- Experience in schedule and task management.
Ideal candidate:
- Strong passion for SNK IPs, including past titles.
- Ability to assess project status and take action to resolve issues.
- Patience and persistence in handling detailed tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility to coordinate effectively with others.

Working Hours
9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (7.5 hours of actual work per day)
Note: The above is an estimated working time, as this position is subject to a specialized discretionary labor system.
Holidays & Leave
- Full five-day workweek (Saturday and Sunday off)
- National holidays, summer vacation, and year-end/New Year holidays
- Approximately 125 annual holidays
- Paid leave: Up to 12 days granted upon joining (number of days varies depending on the month of hire)
