It focuses on secure, sustainable, and high-performance solutions that enable productivity and support digital transformation across industries.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Create lighting setups, look development systems, and visual standards for Digital Twin assets</li> <li>Ensure accurate transfer of lighting, materials, and shading from Maya to downstream environments</li> <li>Develop reusable lighting templates for scalable product visualization</li> <li>Establish visual benchmarks for AI-assisted content generation</li> <li>Collaborate with Pipeline and Asset teams to ensure integration and consistency</li> <li>Validate outputs for product fidelity and brand alignment</li> <li>Improve render consistency, realism, and efficiency</li> <li>Support scalable production through reusable systems&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>Experience in 3D lighting and look development, preferably in product visualization</li> <li>Strong understanding of materials, reflections, shading, and realistic lighting</li> <li>Experience with Maya and physically based rendering workflows</li> <li>Ability to build repeatable systems rather than one-off setups</li> <li>Strong attention to realism, consistency, and detail</li> <li>Experience supporting scalable or automated content production&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h3>Nice to have</h3> <ul> <li>Familiarity with Digital Twin workflows</li> <li>Experience with AI-assisted content generation environments&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h3>English level</h3> <p>Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate</p> <h3>Legal &amp; Hiring Information</h3> <ul> <li>Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more</li> <li>Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions</li> <li>Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
