Senior 3D Technical Artist – Pipeline

It focuses on secure, sustainable, and high-performance solutions that enable productivity and support digital transformation across industries.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Design and maintain end-to-end Digital Twin pipelines from Maya to USD/USDZ</li> <li>Build scalable frameworks for AI-assisted content generation</li> <li>Establish standards for naming, structure, metadata, and asset organization</li> <li>Develop automation tools and scripts (Python or similar)</li> <li>Ensure accurate transfer of geometry, materials, and variants</li> <li>Troubleshoot pipeline, rendering, and interoperability issues</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams across modeling, lighting, and systems</li> <li>Optimize pipeline performance, scalability, and reliability</li> <li>Embed validation checks to ensure quality and consistency</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>Experience as a Technical Artist or Pipeline TD in 3D environments</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Maya pipelines and asset workflows</li> <li>Scripting experience (Python or similar)</li> <li>Understanding of USD-based workflows and modern pipeline architecture</li> <li>Ability to connect artistic needs with technical systems</li> <li>Experience building scalable, repeatable systems</li> </ul> <h3>Nice to have</h3> <ul> <li>Experience with product visualization or digital commerce pipelines</li> <li>Familiarity with metadata-driven workflows and variant management</li> <li>Exposure to AI-assisted content production environments</li> </ul> <h3>English level</h3> <p>Upper-Intermediate</p> <h3>Legal &amp; Hiring Information</h3> <ul> <li>Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more</li> <li>Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions</li> <li>Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
