</div></div><div>At A&J Automotive, we are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing their vehicle maintenance and repair needs while delivering a positive experience.</div>

<li>3-5 years previous service advisor experience preferred</li>

<div>Responsibilities:</div>

<div>1. Customer Interaction:</div>
<div> - Greet customers and provide a warm, friendly, and professional atmosphere.</div>
<div> - Act as the main point of contact for customers, understanding their concerns and requirements.</div>
<div> - Listen actively to customer concerns, document them accurately, and communicate them effectively to the service technicians.</div>

<div>2. Service Coordination:</div>
<div> - Schedule and confirm service appointments, ensuring efficient use of technicians' time and resources.</div>
<div> - Consult with customers to gather necessary information, including vehicle history, symptoms, and requested services.</div>
<div> - Advise customers on appropriate services, maintenance schedules, and required repairs based on manufacturer recommendations and guidelines.</div>

<div>3. Cost Estimation and Approval:</div>
<div> - Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for parts, labor, and additional services required.</div>
<div> - Explain cost estimates to customers, providing clear and understandable explanations.</div>
<div> - Obtain customer approval for repairs, ensuring transparency and consent throughout the process.</div>

<div>4. Repair Order Management:</div>
<div> - Create and manage repair orders, documenting all services performed, parts used, and additional recommendations.</div>
<div> - Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records for each customer and vehicle, ensuring compliance with dealership and legal requirements.</div>
<div> - Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.</div>

<div>5. Customer Satisfaction:</div>
<div> - Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.</div>
<div> - Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate as necessary to resolve them effectively.</div>

<div>Requirements:</div>

<div>- High school diploma or equivalent (additional automotive education or certification is a plus).</div>
<div>- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry or a related field.</div>
<div>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.</div>
<div>- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.</div>
<div>- Sound technical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.</div>
<div>- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with automotive software and systems.</div>
<div>- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.</div>
