<p>Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is excited to invite a compassionate and motivated Female ABA Paraprofessional / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in providing transformative ABA services to a wonderful 10-year-old, non-verbal child in Neptune City, NJ! This is an incredible opportunity for someone who loves working with children and is eager to make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities!</p>

<p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p>
<p> </p>
<p>Monday: 3:30pm - 6:30pm</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Thursday: 3:30pm - 6:30pm</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Friday: 3:30pm - 6:30pm</p>
<hr>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide one-to-one ABA therapy services</li>
<li>Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA</li>
<li>Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills</li>
<li>Collect data and document session progress</li>
<li>Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team</li>
<li>Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED required</li>
<li>Experience working with children preferred</li>
<li>RBT Certification preferred but not required</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual is a plus</li>
<li>Reliable and dependable</li>
<li>Ability to pass required background screenings</li>
</ul>
