<p>Are you ready to make a real difference? Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is on the lookout for a compassionate and enthusiastic Female ABA Paraprofessional / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA services to a bright 8-year-old child in Pemberton Township, NJ. This is an incredible opportunity for anyone who loves working with children and is eager to create a lasting impact in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. <p><strong>Schedule</strong>: </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Flexible; 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM, twice a week </p>
<hr>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Provide one-to-one ABA therapy services </li>
<li>Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA </li>
<li>Assist with school homework</li>
<li>Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills </li>
<li>Collect data and document session progress </li>
<li>Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team </li>
<li>Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times </li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED required </li>
<li>Experience working with children preferred </li>
<li>RBT Certification preferred but not required </li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills </li>
<li>Reliable and dependable </li>
<li>Ability to pass required background screenings </li>
</ul>
